3. Payments & Refunds
a) Payment Terms
Fees for consulting services must be paid in full before service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment methods.
b) Refund Policy
Refunds are only available if services have not yet been provided.
No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected].
4. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information.
Any documents, reports, or data shared with Unigeneticos will not be disclosed to third parties without the
client’s consent, except as required by law.
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding proprietary business strategies, trade
secrets, and internal discussions.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, reports, and insights provided by Unigeneticos remain our intellectual property unless
otherwise agreed.
Clients may use deliverables for internal business purposes but may not distribute, resell, or reproduce them
without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Unigeneticos provides strategic consulting, but final business decisions are the client's responsibility.
We are not liable for any financial losses, reputational damage, or legal disputes resulting from the use of
our recommendations.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by external factors beyond our control (e.g., regulatory
changes, economic shifts, or force majeure events).
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the consulting agreement with 7 days' written notice.
If the client breaches these Terms (e.g., non-payment, misuse of proprietary materials), we reserve the right
to terminate services immediately.
Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be settled, and the client must cease using any proprietary
materials provided by Unigeneticos.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to data collection and processing as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation and mediation before pursuing
legal action.
