This Returns and Refunds Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are considered under the following conditions:
✔️ If a cancellation request is made before the consulting service has been delivered.
✔️ If the
service provided differs significantly from what was agreed upon in the contract.
✔️ If technical
errors or failures on our part prevent the completion of the service.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
❌ If the consulting service has already been delivered in full.
❌ If the client is dissatisfied due to
reasons outside of Unigeneticos’ control (e.g., business decisions, external market changes).
❌ If the
refund request is made more than 30 days after the service was provided.
2. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Submit a written request via email to [email protected].
2️⃣ Include your full name, contact
information, invoice number, and a reason for the refund request.
3️⃣ Our team will review your request
and respond within 7 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 10-14 business days using the original payment method.
3. Cancellations
Clients may cancel a service under the following conditions:
✔️ Before the scheduled consultation or service begins, clients may cancel and request a full
refund.
✔️ If the service is partially completed, a prorated refund may be issued, depending on the
work already done.
✔️ Cancellations due to force majeure (e.g., serious illness, unforeseen
circumstances) may be eligible for rescheduling or partial refunds.
4. Refund Processing
🔹 Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or online
payment).
